Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably through Courier Guy (Pudo Kiosk Shipping).
Delivery Options
All parcels are shipped from our kiosk to your chosen destination:
  • For Locker Deliveries: You’ll receive a PIN code via SMS/email to collect your parcel.
  • For Door Deliveries: Please provide a clear and accessible physical address (not a P.O. Box).
 Packaging & Damages
  • We package your order as securely as possible.
  • The outer packaging may sometimes arrive with marks or dents, but this does not affect the product inside.
  • If the product itself is damaged, we will take responsibility.
  • Proof of damage must be sent to us via clear photos immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours).
 Delivery Instructions
  • Please double-check your contact details and delivery preference (locker or door) at checkout.
  • Couriers may contact you directly regarding delivery.
  • If special instructions are needed (e.g., gate code, secure location), add them to the order notes at checkout. Clear instructions help avoid failed deliveries.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, courier or weather-related delays may occur and are outside of our control.
Disclaimer – Uncollected Parcels
Please note that locker deliveries must be collected within the Pudo holding period. We cannot be held liable for parcels that expire due to late collection. Additional re-delivery costs may apply if a parcel is returned to us.
